Getting Started
Account setup, purpose, and what Jubilex is designed to do.
Jubilex is a credit dispute letter generator that helps users create organized dispute letters for credit bureaus and collection-related items. It is designed to help users understand and take action on their own credit report information.
No. Jubilex is a self-help dispute letter tool. Jubilex helps users generate letters, but it does not guarantee deletions, credit score increases, approvals, or specific results.
Yes. Users need an account so their letters, access, and dashboard information can be saved properly.
Credit Reports
Where to get reports and what details to prepare before generating.
Users should get their official credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com. The welcome pop-up should guide first-time users there in a new tab when they click Get Started.
It is recommended that users review all three major credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, because each bureau may report different information.
Users may need the account name, account number if available, balance, date reported, bureau reporting the item, and the reason they are disputing the item.
Dispute Letters
How letter generation, editing, bureau selection, and outcomes work.
Jubilex can generate dispute letters for credit bureau disputes, collection account disputes, inaccurate information, unverifiable accounts, outdated information, and other consumer report issues.
Yes. Users should be able to add multiple dispute items before generating their letter, up to the limit allowed in the letter generator.
Yes. Users can choose individual bureaus or generate letters for all three credit bureaus when the plan they selected allows it.
Yes. Users should be able to review and edit the letter preview before downloading the final version.
No. Jubilex does not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, or any specific credit outcome. Results depend on the accuracy, verification, and investigation process of the credit bureaus or furnishers.
Payments & Plans
Free access, Pay-Per-Use, Unlimited, and payment support.
The free option allows a user to generate one free dispute letter for one bureau. After the free letter is used, the user must choose a paid option to continue.
The $5 Pay-Per-Use option allows the user to generate a limited set of dispute letters based on the current package rules. This should not affect the $10 Unlimited subscription.
The $10 Unlimited plan gives users unlimited access to generate dispute letters while their subscription is active.
No. Once Unlimited is active, the dashboard should show Unlimited access and should not show free letter limits or pay-per-use usage limits.
The user should contact support through the dashboard feedback/help form with their name, email, and payment issue so the team can review it.
Mailing Your Letters
Next steps after downloading, including records and mailing proof.
Users should print the letter, review it carefully, attach any needed proof of identity or proof of address, and mail it to the correct credit bureau or company.
Certified Mail is recommended because it gives the user proof that the letter was mailed and tracking information for delivery.
Yes. Users should keep a copy of every dispute letter, tracking receipt, proof of mailing, and any response received.
Credit bureaus generally have a limited investigation period after receiving a dispute. Users should track the date they mailed the letter and monitor for responses.
Account & Dashboard
Saved letters, progress tracking, and support messages.
Generated letters should be available in the user dashboard if the letter was created while logged in.
The Dispute Progress Tracker helps users track where each dispute stands, such as Letter Created, Letter Sent, Waiting for Response, Response Received, or Follow-Up Needed.
Yes. The dashboard should include a support/feedback form where users can submit their name, email, phone number, and message.
